I am an Eritrean. There is one thing our brothers Ethiopians need to do.
Reconcile with them self and to do that you need to go back at least 100 years in Ethiopian history, read, evaluate and you need to answer what is to be done to face the current Ethiopian reality. After all the good & bad Ethiopian history is part of the current Ethiopia. There is no as such selective history.
So far I have done my best to read Ethiopian history, History written by Ethiopians who had been serving Haile Selassie & Menghistu.
The history of Ethiopia has been & is & will remain domination of majority by minority. The main actors have been Amhara & Tigray and all other nationalities have been marginalized.
As long Ethiopians does not stick to this main issue and find the correct solution; Ethiopia will definitely disintegrate.
Haile Selassie has done a grave mistake by annexing Eritrea to Ethiopia as a province and the out come we all know it, I don’t need to comment on this.
The way Haile Selassie & Menghistu treated the people of Tigray and the out come was the armed opposition which over throw Menghistu and TPLF took over the crown from Amhara to Tigray.
TPLF never learned from the past history of Ethiopia and I can only say history is repeating it self.
It won’t be long before we can see the out come of the current situation in Ogaden. Haile Selassie & Menghistu were telling us that the bandits on the north are finished. Who was defeated by whom we have seen it.
Meles is trying to tell us that the ONLF is finished. And I can only say let us wait & see.
The Oromo will follow…then any thing can happen in Ethiopia and this is the out come of the wrong doings of the previous and current regimes in Ethiopia.
The second thing is you need to reconsider your relations with west (US & UK). Since we know that there is nothing good coming from the west, for them they are looking only any one who is desperate after power & can serve their interest.
The truth is there when they make us to believe that the leaders of Ethiopia, Kenya, Uganda & Nigeria are democratically elected & the most democratic countries in Africa.

It doesn’t matter how much we talk about the daily atrocities of weyane on our people. What matters is at this time right we watched the little clip that shows the worst situation of Ethiopia, are we ready to be a part of the solution to remove the evil weyane gangsters? Are we planning to step up and contribute our part in any occasions along with many other Ethiopians that are organized themselves in many anti weyane parties (oppositions)? Are we ready to be either a member or supporter of many oppositions specially UDJ and G7 that are a collection of best leaders. I mean we can do a lot of things around our area to fight the weyane regime, but we have also be ready to contribute our skills, money, energy, man power and other potentials to remove weyane. Together we win!!! And Weyane can only be removed with ultimate work rather than talk!!!!!
We also have to always bear in mind that God gives us all the potentials to restore peace and stability in our country, there is not going anything comes down from sky just because we want to unless we try to bring it ourselves. Lets fight the fight against weyane.
